Hello! I’m Catherine, the founder of Holy Word. I love encouraging and discipling others in the Word of God, and I really love the One it all points to: Jesus.

"Grapie Queen" given by my best friend because she used to say my eyes looks like grape fruit. hehe. My granny calls me "Rasathiyamma".
Dream travel location
Elevation Church and Israel. I want to walk in the places where my Jesus walked and touch the places where He touched in Israel.

Our Story
I first created Holy Word in the fall of 2020. During that time of my life, I was battling quarter-life crisis, which kept me stuck in my life. I felt defeated most of the days. My dream was to be a Vessel that carries God's word wherever I go, to tell people about Jesus, but I couldn’t—not from my depressed situation. I kept thinking, “What good am I to God if I barely have the strength to make it to my day?”
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my salvation and my God.
Psalm 43:5
Though my mental strength was lacking, spiritually, I became closer with God. I found strength in His presence and His understanding. He knew what I was going through, my internal heartbreak because my body couldn’t do what my heart desired.
He saw me and was with me.
Then one night I had a dream. I was writing everything God was teaching me of His faithfulness, of His wonder. I wasn’t a writer, so it was out of my comfort zone, but the message was clear: Start Writing. Through much prayer and encouragement from my family, I created the website and called it, “Holy Word.”
The Present
It’s been some years now since I started this website, and I have a testimony to share: the Lord gave me victory in all the areas that I felt defeated in the summer of 2022. I’ve been able to work, and do things I never thought I could. I am so grateful for all the highs and lows in this journey with God.
Also, I am still here and still writing. I'm called to obey the One who commands me:
Keep writing. Just keep writing.
And so I will—I will write to you, my Bible Lovers.
I pray these words strengthen you and remind you that you are not alone.
